For my blog [login to view URL] :
1. Insert a lederboard ad widget below the header. Blogger layout management should show the widget and user must have the freedom to add/remove the ad as and when required. ( See attachements 1 and 2). Ad should be sticky.
2. Make the section sticky as shown in attachment 1 - labelled 2 with arrow mark.
3. Implement a footer widget for the blog (see attachment 3), footer should be sticky. User must have the flexibility to add/remove without any coding content/links/social buttons/contact form/subscribe by email/automated related posts etc simply by using blogger dashboard.
4. Similar to point no 1, insert a skyscraper ad widget as shown in attachment 4. Should not appear on home page.
5. Remove unnecessary horizontal lines from the template.
User will have to demonstrate the changes on a demo blog hosted on blogger over teamviewer before any payment. No milestone payments.
