Build simple WEB site

I need a simple WEB site building for my new company and need to launch it very quickly. I have prepared a draft front page, and written the text already. the site will consist of: 1) Homepage 2) links from homepage to 6 buttons for catagories of the work we can do 5 of these pages as well as the homepage are static one is a simple gallery so i can upload photos of past projects and put a title. I already have a hosing package on Ipage and have purchased the domian. I am having the logo designed by someone else and will be able to provide a sample adn draft if this helps I need to get this site live very quickly as i previously awarded this job to another freelancer who just wasted my time and failed to deliver. I am looking to build a long term working relationship with someone as i need to breate Identities and web sites for a number of businesses, Please come back to me with any questions and clear all issues, time frame, revisions etc so there are no missunderstandings as i need to get this work completed very efficiently.
