Build a website like scritterscript

I need someone to design a micro blogging website similar to the one sold on [login to view URL] but only with these few functions Please only bid the amount you can do it for. I do not want your bid to increase when discussing with me. Your bid should remain when we discuss project. 1. Number of characters for posts should be unlimited, but when the posts displays it would have a less or more function.(that is, on default it shows less than has been posted) 2. Posts can be placed into categories. That is, you can choose to categorise your [login to view URL] categories like Breaking news, politics, hot jobs, entertainment, sport, life style , and so on 3. An area for posts by admin should be added, where admin can post pictures and videos bold. It should change like a slide show 4. Users Pictures should display with posts. Anytime a person posts..This should not interfere with people who post pictures to the website(which should display bold) 5. Then a portion in the website should show new registered users. 6. Add a spot ontop where we can add text and navigations links 7. Facebook and twitter login as well a normal login system. 8. Advert spots 9. Support following like twitter 10. Admin page that controls everything(adding adverts and approving posts and so on) 11. Users should be able to post videos
