Create World Map

Hello, I have a website called [login to view URL] and I want to have a world map on the front. Currently I only have Australia. I want to have it the same way as the Australia map but users will click Oceania region, then it will display the countries (Australia and New Zealand) then they can click on how australia is currently or NewZealand. THIS CAN NOT BE DONE IN FLASH AS WANT MOBILE DEVICES TO VIEW IT But if the designer has a better idea, i am happy to listen. Cheers
