Delphix Fireworks Programming

We are looking for the generation of NEW source code to create fireworks in Delphi, using the Delphix directX framework. Existing software uses Delphix running on Delphi 5 and we are not able to use higher versions of Delphi. See [login to view URL] for the type of fireworks we are looking for. We want the same functionality you see on that page, together with random creation of fireworks from any point on screen and all different sizes of fireworks. True colour a must. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Must run on Windows 98, ME, 2000 and XP.
