Add terms&conditions to checkout on 2 shops (same checkout)

In the last step of the checkout, there should be a checkbox with "i accept the terms and conditions". Just above the confirm button. -Customer must check the checkbox before being able to complete the checkout. -A warning message must appear if the customer forgot the checkbox. The warning should be in the same style as other warnings during the checkout (e.g forgot the phone number, see screenshot) -The text should link to the terms and conditions and open in a new tab/window when clicked. Translate functions should be used. This must be installed in 2 modified oscommerce shops. In the base shop and in a shop that's already live.
