Automatical Email to PayPal buyer after purchase is made

This is what I want; The user is on my site and clicks a PayPal Buy Now button After they make the payment through PayPal, I want my website to automatically email them a preset message, I am selling digital products so pretty much I just want the user to be emailed a message containing a download link after they pay. I want the email to come from my email address I don't want any 3rd party services, I am pretty sure this all can be done with PayPal and PHP. You should be able to pull the buyers email address straight from PayPal, that way the user only needs to enter their email once, when they pay with their PayPal email. I already have a PayPal account and it's capable of IPN, I also have access to my site and I will be able to give you ftp access. Please let me know if you can do this. Thanks.
