Build a Webpage

We need a single webpage created for us, which should be responsive and adjust to any size screen. A layout diagram has been attached to this job. The background photo should fill the screen and adjust to the screen size. It should be centered and we will provide the image. The page should have a translucent bar at the bottom of the screen which will contain our logo on the right side of the bar. The page should have a small form centered on the page. The form should submit to '[login to view URL]' using POST. This form will consist of: 1. A title in a large font. 2. A subtitle in a smaller font. 3. An input text box with placeholder text: enter a new site name. The end of the input box should say '.[login to view URL]'. This last phrase should be on the right hand side of the box and should not get overwritten or replaced. 4. A submit button in line with the input box. Submit button should say 'FIRE!'
