CMS (WordPress or Drupal) to display data collected through questionnaires

We need a CMS (WordPress or Drupal) to display data collected through questionnaires. The site does not offer the possibility to actually answer the questions nor does it do any interpretation of the results. It just displays the answers collected by other means. The workflow we want to implement is as follows 1. Unauthenticated users can only view collected data by selecting the location (name of the geographic region), the category of questionnaire, the name and the year it was taken. They will then see a summary (person who conducted the poll, number of questions, number of responders etc.) followed by the list of questions and the percentage of positive answers (they are all simple yes/no questions). There will be a default html template for displaying data but we want the possibility to add html templates for each category of questionnaires. For example, we may decide that for a certain category we want the answers to be displayed on two columns or with a different font size. 2. Authenticated users can do all of the above plus adding data We already have a software application for collecting information and export it as a file. The application is currently in development so we can use any type of file that works best for you (excel, xml, json etc.). We want authenticated user to upload this file into the CMS and preview the data using the flow described at the previous step. Unauthenticated users won't have access to it until an administrator approves the upload. Each uploaded file will contain the unique id of the poll and the complete list of answers so that once uploaded it will replace all existing data in the database for that questionnaire. We want the design of the database to be simple in case we decide to add new categories of questionnaires or new fields to the summary. We don't mind running SQL scripts or editing PHP files in order to do that by we want to change as few files as possible. We will choose our own hosting so we will require all source code and SQL scripts needed to deploy the site.
