Changes to WordPress Template

I have a client who needs some adjustments made to the WordPress template that he has chosen (Pitch Premium).
The site is http://www.hopeimpactcenter.com. The content is still under development. You are NOT responsible for adding any content to the pages. I just need the template changed to reflect what he is looking for.
Here are the template changes that need to be done:
1) Make the topmost menu items evenly spaced so as to be centered across the top of the page.
2) Make the menu items under the logo smaller and the same color as the top menu items (darker). No need for gradation.
3) Remove the white content block area on the home page. It should be replaced with a transparent blackish box with text on top of it. The following site has an example of exactly what we are looking for: [login to view URL]
4) All sub-pages should be changed to appear as follows:
a) Keep the same menus and space for a logo (like the home page) but also need option to be able to specify a different image for that area.
b) Need to be able to specify a different background image on each page
c) The body of the page should resemble the following site/page: [login to view URL] There will no longer be a sidebar. However, you can leave the footer items just as they are on the home page.
I am looking for someone who:
1) is a good communicator and will ask questions if clarification is needed
2) can speak/write fluent English
3) can respond quickly to emails
4) who will stand by your price (unless the scope of the work is changed)
5) is willing to work with us until we are satisfied with the result
