Configure Custom Wordpress Dashboard Page

Hello,
I use this plugin:

It creates a custom dashboard page in the Wordpress admin. The page is configured by simply editing "[url removed, login to view]" in the plugin folder.
I created the design I want to put in, you can see it here:

Now the way I figured, was to just copy the section from the source html of that URL, including all scripts+links to css for the theme and that also kind of works. However, I don't believe that's the optimal way to do it.
It needs to show a feed and field from another plugin "Affiliates" - The dollars earned amount and the field for users to put in their Paypal e-mail.
No core files must be edited.
