Convert existing PHP site to Wordpress Theme

We are looking for a Wordpress Developer who can convert an existing PHP website to a Wordpress website. Current site is: [login to view URL] New to be customized wordpress template will be provided. Project Description: - Translate complete php site into Wordpress site. All functions must be maintained and some improved! - All pages must be styled according to our preferences - Make some design and UI improvements - Install plugins (will be supplied) - Responsive design - Deploy on Wordpress environment for testing - Installation onto server and any bug fixing required - Create 2 different login area's for 2 types of customers with same functions as existing site - Create CMS for admin use with same functions as existing site Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience of PHP programming, Wordpress, MySQL, XHTML, CMS, CSS and JavaScript - Extensive knowledge and experience of building WordPress CMS websites using the best practice & standard plugins. - Experience working with WordPress at a PHP code level: - Theme/Template integration experience - Knowledge of existing inbuilt WordPress functions - Installation of plugins/widgets written to conform with the WordPress coding standards - Creation of clean, logical, well-documented and re-usable code - Good understanding of cross-platform and cross-browser issues - Communicate English well Some Notes: - Before project is awarded first we must have contact to discuss what we exactly expect from you. - Milestone payments - Maximum 3 weeks to deliver up complete site - Our internal team should be able to easily edit the content and images using Wordpress admin panel. - We will provide FTP and MySQL details for the end installation. During the working process we will have to communicate about each page/feature in order to set it exactly as we prefer.
