Create an API tool plugin for wordpress and excel

I have a website In wordpress. I want to show prices for one specific stock from different exchanges and they all have their own API.
It will be a table design with each row being one exchange and each column being one information. For example, bid price. Ask price, last price etc. I assume each column will be a custom field value.
In the plugin settings, I need to be able to insert a new API link (or modify) and MAP the data I want to capture. Meaning, click in a parameter
The excel part is to have the API data displayed in excel. Not sure what's better here function or Macro,
