Create a Drupal Template

My site is ready to be launched on my domain however I am having trouble connecting my database to my file cache. I keep getting a 500 error.

I am requesting for somebody to aid me in the setup of this website all files are already uploaded on my domain it is just a matter of helping fix my settings..php and possible my .htaccess file as I believe there are some hard coded urls that are causing the issue.
