Create Jquery exit pop up & code to serve Google Ads based on Screen Size

This project has two parts. 1) Create a Jquery exit pop up that will show when a user moves cursor to the top of the browser with the intention of leaving my website. Minimal work needs to be done because the script can be downloaded and instructions to implement can be found here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This exit pop up needs to be created so I can install on any of my websites. You should make it easy for me to this exit pop up script on any of my websites. On the pop up I want to serve content thumbnails. Example of content thumbnails is here: [login to view URL] The content thumbnails will be served using a javascript code. So this javascript code that I am talking about should be able to work on the pop up. The second part of this project has nothing to do with the first part. 2) Create logic that will allow me to serve different Google Adsense ads based on screensize (desktop, tablet, mobile). The logic should automatically detect the screen size of the website visitor and serve a specific ad unit which is determined by me. A website which uses this is: [login to view URL] If you go to the link above you will notice that a 728x90 ad is served at the top on the page. When you shrink your browser to tablet size and refresh the page you will see that a 468x60 ad is served. When you shrink your browser all the way down to mobile size and refresh the page you will see a 300x250 ad at the top. The logic that is created by you should be easy for me to implement across any website that I want. You should make it easy for me to be able to take the code you create and paste it on any website to do the same thing all of the time. I will pay $50 for this entire project if it can be done within the next couple of days. I will pay more if everything goes smoothly.
