Create a Slider for my wordpress site with corresponding tabs at bottom. Can use any plugin/slider. Tabs at bottom must change slider and have capabilities of having links to pages.

I need a slider installed and setup to reflect the screenshot below. I need you to setup the first slide (art work provided) and make 4 duplicates of that first slide and I will update the 4 duplicates. You can use any plugin/slider that you chose, as long as it is compatible with the theme being used for the site (scalable, does not conflict with other functions of site). Tabs must have capabilities of changing slides and having links to pages on tabs as well.
