So the second menu can only be activated and set on pages ? On your reference, did you mentioned the Top menu or the Third one (All, Performance) ? "Ideally the 2nd menu will float below the main menu on the pages where it is enabled" Is that means the second menu will float along with the main menu or it will float only when the main menu is scrolled up of the viewport ? Thanks.

^_^ Yes I will create a menu position and you just have to set menu to that position in WordPress admin menu area. For your request different menus on a page.. I can code and you have just select from a drop down in admin/ page editing area. Let me know. Regards

I can add 2nd submenu using wordpress wp_nav_menu() function. I only need to have the IDs of the pages where it is enabled. No problem with the parent theme.
