Create a Wordpress Template

Create a custom, responsive template (html only) in an existing WP install on a staging server that matches the responsiveness of the existing site: [login to view URL] The HTML will be hard coded -- all that is needed is to have the html used to create a custom template. The content for this template is going to be dynamic, so WP is not going to be used to manage any content. There will be no content management functions from WP. The client is going to write scripts to populate this template dynamically. For example, the population of the coach name "Jane Namecoach" would be extracted from a separate database using a script, not using WP. The same is true for the all content on this page -- images, menu items, etc. Writing the scripts is NOT part of this project. So the work for this project is limited to: 1) Creating a responsive template in existing WP install 2) Use the existing breaking points as defined by the existing WP install for the responsive design When this template is added to WP, it can be selected in the WP admin from the "Template" drop-down in page attributes. When selecting the custom template built for this project, the page would display this template EXACTLY as it has been designed. This needs to be pixel perfect. When the width of the site is reduced, the template needs to adjust just as the main site adjusts - using the same breaking points that are already been defined by the existing site design.
