A Few WordPress Website Modifications

Hi all,
I need some changes made to my wordpress website. A previous freelancer converted the wordpress theme from a psd template but made some mistakes that now need fixing:
1) the html needs to be resized to fit the browser more neatly.
2) A specific animated element of the website needs to be fixed for it to work properly.
3) a section needs to be re-aligned.
These are just fixes - no new stuff needs to be converted or created. Check out the attached pictures for a better perspective of what needs to be fixed - I'll provide more details upon request.
