create vtiger carddav and caldav server

I have currently set up a vTiger (open source version 6.0.0) crm site

However it does not have the functionality of a CardDav or CalDav server on it.
I will need this server to be user specific, as in the server will have the same users as vTiger.
It needs to be able to be set up so that creating of a new user on vTiger automatically adds a new user into the CardDav/CalDav server
It will also need to be able to be easy to use so that it can be easily set up on the users phone/computer
