cron function not being called or a function not working on force payment

NOT HIREING OVERBIDDERS..NOTICE to BIDDER: Payment will be 1 milestone of $30.00 released in end.. if i have disable the force payment from admin (see enable/disable shot for codes on admin side) and i have this if condition in class file (see blue highlight code shot) and if i un-comment code it will not remove listings due to it not updating DB to "closed value- 1" to remove the listing.. now if i enable in admin side and user enables this force payment feature on the listing it also won't remove from site when purchased or it won't update (value to 1 for closed in DB ) The issue is that it won't perform the cancel purchase as it should on the cron or the cron is not being called (see CRON shot of codes) ############### AN OPTION IF NEEDED ################# If issue can't be solved i would prefer you write a separate new file to mimic the cron or function of this feature so it can update the info for it to work as should..You must know how to read the codes there and make them perform as should.. ############### AN OPTION IF NEEDED ################# Hire will only get files ONLY if you know how to identify them and ask for them..I will open site for testing and checking..I will also assist you in regards that most of codes i know where they are at…Files that do-not pertain to this you will NOT get..
