Creating a form and validationg it as well as perfrming the backend tasks (inserting into DB and sending out emails) is an essential part as well for the forms. I am having some good industrial experience in performing these tasks. The html is ready which is totally good, The tasks will take roughly 3 days along with required validations. Thanks.
