Design in Flash

I want to Design a social networking website with all the features of facebook and a custom login screen with custom logs and design. I have already seen phpfox and other platforms....phpfox was also better.... BUt if you know better than it,,,recommend me,,, bidder should have an expertise knowledge in building such kind of website..and should be having demos also... Project will only be Awarded to an expert...So newbies and unexperience laymans plz dont bid on my project.
