create Healthcare staffing website

The Project: A complete mock up of the following website: [login to view URL], My company name is NightHospitalistCompany (NHC). The look should stay the same i.e. white background and a different color for navigational bars and graphics for easy reading. All of the above should not be an exact copy of the website but the main links and access e.t.c. should be similar. Please use creativity for the home page but essentially the main navigational bar would be similar (both the horizontal one and Left hand side. Can choose different graphic to represent doctors or healthcare in the graphics area. It would be a plus to have a symbol or graphic that represents "Nightime" as the theme of the company is nighttime doctor. E.g. sun-going-down..or the moon or a doctor's picture set on a city nightlight background...use your imagination. Requirements: 1. can be in same language HTml as above. 2. Must have admin access to modify all text regions, contact info, picture entries for staff, email links that are in areas as seen in [login to view URL] (ability to compress picture) 3. Secure login database or better with ability to create profile for user/ user email link/ address/tel number and my ability to mass email all with 1 click 4. ability to expand use of site with added links to Left and horizontal navigational bars in the future. 5. "Home page" must have "physician partners", "hospital Partners" access points as. Other points from the site the same. A scrolling line under horizontal navigational bar that I can edit that may say "200 jobs available.10 in Arkansas.15 in New York That scrolls from Right to Left. 6. "About us" same 7. Our Services: the same but each link should point to a page that I can access and modify in the Future. And also add links 8. "Career Opportunities: The same but this link should be called Jobs. Please send me 2-3 mock ups. The best mock-up/bid gets the job. To complete in less than 10 days.
