Hi there I have a Java program that will process images it receives and carry out OCR to pull the registration number out of the image. What I would like to do is to have a desktop based application that takes the video feed from a video capture card (from an extremely good CCTV camera). The desktop application then stores the information in a MySQL (or other form of SQL database) which can be reported on with PHP reports (we will create the reporting side of things ourselves - the database just has to be accessible). All this will reside on one computer so there is nothing too complicated about this part of things! I look forward to hearing back from you. Cheers
