Add photo block ( drupal )

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Our website [login to view URL] is conducting a monthly photo competition. On the photo competition page, i would like to showcase images as they are entered. To do this, I want to add a block to the side of the competition page where I can add/subtract photos and videos ( which will need to connect directly to youtube ). When the user clicks on the thumbnail, I need the video/photo to appear in a lightbox. Thumbnails will be created in photoshop and uploaded along with each image and video URL. Each PHOTO will have the full name of the entrant and description. These need to appear underneath the photo when displayed in lightbox. I will also need social plugins from [login to view URL] installed as well. See attached files. Each VIDEO can link directly to a youtube URL. Applicants should have a good understanding of Drupal and be comfortable working with a graphic designer. Designs that we provide need to be followed 100% - This means down to the exact pixel measurement and correct fonts and colours. Applicants should be able to work effectively and quickly and produce high quality results whilst meeting deadlines. The successful applicant will also receive ongoing work depending on the result of this project. Lost In Australia is growing fast and we need developers to help us on a continuous basis to make changes and update the website.
