I am looking to have a completely secured website made. Back-end Requirements: - The website needs to be able for vendors to upload files containing their products. They should be able to do this via excel spreadsheet or manually. They need to be able to upload photos as well. -They should be able to receive all orders and do correspondences through their log-in system. -Each vendor should be able to create their own unique log-in -Each vendor should be able to input shipping information, such-as UPS tracking codes, FedEx, etc. -Each vendor should be able to show their order fulfillment cycle: 1. Order Received, 2. Payment Received, 3. Order being entered, 4. Order being fulfilled, 5. Order shipped. (Note: for every stage the order is in, each vendor should be able to correspond with the customer). -Individual customer dash-board -Vendor needs to receive the payment and see all funds collected. -Vendors should have the ability to select the categories in which their product is entered. -Vendors need to be able to set minimum purchase requirements for their products. -Vendors need to be able to charge shipping if below a certain price. -Must be able to post specials and closeouts Admin: -Admin must have full control of which vendors are allowed and banned. -See full vendor income reports. -See fully charted out reports -must have an automatic markup, for each vendor's items or categories. Must be completely flexible by either selecting individual item markup or category markup. Front-End: This is a complete e-commerce store. Each customer must be approved for their log-in. Customers must have the following: -Full Information 1. Name* 2. Business Name* 3. Business Phone Number* 4. Alt. Contact # (opt.) 5. Fax # (opt.) 6. Email* 7. Address* -Full Checkout Cart: 1. Must show an alert if below vendor minimum requirement. -Must show up-to-date vendor and category information -Must have full checkout -Must have their own login -Must have the ability to track each vendor's delivery information and notifications.
