Automated forum indexing and posting software

Closed software: The software must be a closed work environment. Meaning that the user must never have to leave the software to be notified new threads, reply to threads, and reply to follow up posts in a thread. Use on any VBulletin forum: The software must automatically detect and add in any variable to be able to work on any vbulletin forum. Some forums have their directories named different and some use older versions of the script. We are not looking to support all older versions, just the current version and a few of the most recent versions. Multiple accounts: The software must support multiple user accounts. The software will create accounts on all forums in the software index for each unique user that registers in the software. Global account changes: The software will go into each account and set the settings. Such as photo, user descriptions, user signature, etc. The user will have fields where he/she can input these in on the software and then the software can be ran to go in and set in each forum and account added in the software. Forum Index: The software will create an index of all supported forums. Must be support for individual additions/deletions as well as bulk additions in CSV format. The software will then organize all forums in the index and assign each one a unique ID Thread discovery: The software must monitor all the forums in the index for new threads in user defined intervals. It must then scrape the first post of any new thread and send it out to all the user accounts registered in software. The software will then index, track and organize by forum/sub-forum/thread/post all new threads its discovers. 
Thread reply: The software must be able to automatically login and post a reply to any thread it has discovered using the thread discovery feature under the user name on that forum specific to the user logged into the software that is writing the reply. The software will determine, based on the unique ID assigned to the thread, exactly which forum and which thread the reply belongs in and will automatically login in to the proper forum and post the reply in the proper thread Follow up monitoring: The software will monitor and thread the it has posted in for new replies. In the event of a new reply it will notify both the admin and the user that wrote the initial reply of the new post. It will then prompt the user to write a reply and will post the that reply appropriately.
