Build Video conferencing/ Group video chat feature to add to a website

Hey there, I have a website that is for video calling and video chatting. ([url removed, login to view] so you can see what your toying with)

I am looking for someone you can build a video conferencing feature / group video chat to add to the website. Basically there is a button called Post which when clicked on should start this video conferencing feature you will build of which 3 more people can join to form the video conference call.

Its basically it. If you're good with flex or flash it won't be too hard.
