Chrome Extension Link Help

When Nike releases a limited release shoe, they tweet a product link onto their twitter page, @Nikestore. I am currently running an extension off of Chrome's Web Browser which, when i click the twitter link, automatically enters my size and quantity to my cart. I want to modify this extension so that the twitter link can be "sniped" or "grabbed" and clicked automatically, as soon as it is tweeted. This way, I would not need to click the link, or refresh to wait for it to pop up. These sorts of programs have already been created, and I can get good prices on even better programs. Therefore, i am not willing to spend a lot of money on this, for i already have most of this completed. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU CAN DO!!
