Convert PHP System To Java *URGENT!*

Note: This project has already been 75% completed by another freelancer, and has provided a TODO to complete this. Project: Our PHP system has been written by an inexperienced php developer, and we require it to be converted to a java system. Attached is all that the freelancer has done so far with the "TODO's" to see what is left, and an example php file from the original tracker system. What is the system: The system is a tracker for a virtual world called Club Penguin (not made by us), the system logs in bot accounts into the virtual world to locate a specific player based on a list of player IDS. When one of the bot accounts locates the player on one of the virtual worlds servers, it updates a PNG image with the Server Name & Location (Room) in which the mascot (player) was found. It also sends this out in a tweet. Note: I'm only interested in hiring freelancers from: USA, United Kingdom, Australia. New Zealand, Ireland, Scotland.
