atm card design

i am looking to create the same functionality as this website. [login to view URL] I will provide different text and colours and logo but i want to create the exact same functionality. i would want most of the files to be in HTML where possible so i would be able to make edits I would also require an admin area where the users name and email and photo are stored. The admin area would consist of - log in - change admin username and password - view submitted photo layouts with name and email. - download full size uploaded photo and user designed layout We have a lot of up coming work that requires this kind of programming. I am looking to build a promising relationship with the winning bidder that i will use exclusively on future projects. If you look at my history you will see i offer private bids to programmers that i have worked with in the past. This way we both can trust each other moving forward. Thank you
