AJAX File Upload with Progress Bar

We require a AJAX solution coded in PHP and JAVASCRIPT. We currently have an upload form for images on our websites but we need the following additional components: 1. Enforce 8MB maximum upload size (this must be checked before upload is started and user informed of error) 2. Upload of only certain file types should be allowed. This list can be an array within the page. 3. File upload progress bar written in Javascript to show user real time progress of upload. This must not be a 'pop out window' it must be integrated into the existing page. ## Deliverables We have a very tight deadline for this project, this is the first of four stages and if the coder completes this to a high standard they will be invited to work on the rest of the project. The code and requirements will be very similar to this project.
