All our Wordpress web development work

Hi. We are considering outsourcing all our Wordpress website development work to a single company. This would currently be worth $1000-$1200 per week and is growing. We currently have individuals in Vietnam, Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Mexico etc., but I am reconsidering our business model. Managing a team of people like this is very difficult with different timezones/languages and remotely. This opportunity could be very good business for you if we could make it work. I am looking for a company that has LOTS of experience in this sort of arrangement. One senior programmer on your team with EXCELLENT English would need to work during Australian hours. This person would liaise directly with customers and keep me informed on progress. They would also be on-call for critical events. I have been contracting project-by-project and indivually for hourly rates for 6 years now. My company has the potential to become a global media company, but it cannot while I am spending so much of my time involved in provisioning. I am looking for a long term partner company that can take care of ALL provisioning for me, including customer liaison. The process would be that I bring in the sales, you quote everytime for build of each website, we agree on a price and you take it from there, freeing me to bring in more business. Most of our builds are based on newspaper or magazine Wordpress templates (show me examples of these if you have done before) with 2-3 days extra work to make tailored changes for a customer. If we agree on X number of days and instead you take Y number of days, we will only pay X. 15% of the agreed amount on any quote will be deducted from payment for every day extra after a 2-day late-grace period. Eg. If we agree 2 days and you take 5, this is 3 days late. 2 days will be grace, 1 day = Total agreed price minus 15% off the payment we make to you. You will also need to provide ticketing support. Anything that arises just because ocassionally bugs do will be paid at an agreed hourly rate. Any bugs that are caused by work your company provided, will incur zero charge to us for you to fix. Have more than 2 negative feedbacks on your Freelancer profile We are looking for a well-oiled, fast-pace development company that can delivery outstanding websites time and time again, without fuss or frustration. Our brand and offering gets stronger every week and we want a partner company that is ready to support a fast-growth SAAS publishing company. In the past 6 months we trippled our staffing and new business is regular. On our side we will have a senior, very experienced project manager and all-rounder. His role in your development will be minimal, mostly just QA. Instead of managing provisioning as he has done, he will instead work with me on complex tenders and growing the business. We will also retain our top coder. He is lightning fast and so far has been able to solve every challenge ever set. He will continue to work on in-house projects, as well assisting our other guy with QA on your work. Please don't waste your time or ours if your company profile is not exemplary. Even one spelling mistake in your bid will have it deleted. In your bid you should indicate an average hourly rate.
