Application Interface (Design & Coding)

A web based ERP application User Interface has to be designed (layout, menu system, icons, css etc.) and 2-3 screens coding with PHP/MySQL and Ajax for new data entry, editing, deletion and retrieval. The interface may look like Windows based applications but not necessary. Better options are welcomed. The icons will have to be designed for certain sections which we'll specify later but these wouldn't be too much. Interested developers are invited to place their bids along with just 1-2 related examples. Unrelated examples are discouraged.
