Need an auction web application (maybe webid):
1- Collect input from seller/lister: product description, quantity for sale, auction start time, duration, asking price per unit;
2- Collect from buyers/offerors: Offer amount $, quantity, user info;
3- Tabulate data in database, sort by offer amount (descending), update with each received offer.
