Automatic "Google +" and Facebook "Likes" Script

I am wanting to get a script developed that I can install on my web site or wordpress sites to convert each visitor that visits my web site to either Google + or Facebook "Like" my page. The script is to be simple, but to have the required fields where I can input the URL for the facebook page that I am wanting my visitors to "Like". As for the Google +, it can just Google + the current URL that the script is installed and running on. What the script MUST Do... - Google + or Facebook "Like" WITHOUT the visitor pressing anything. I would like this to work in the background and hidden from the visitors. Example: If I have 100 visitors going to my site, I would like the majority (the ones logged into either Google or Facebook) to perform the actions of the script. (Automatic + or Like). - Automatically detect if visitor is NOT logged into either Google or Facebook. This will determine which one the script will do. Or have it do both, whichever is easier. - Work on static HTML sites and Wordpress. That's it! Pretty simple. Looking for someone that would be able to start on this right away and get it done within a good time. I prefer someone to work on this WITHOUT me having to place Milestone up first.
