Hello everyone. I am in need of a Banner Rotator. The objective of the Banner Rotator is to provided visitors to my website transparency and lots of information with out the need for too much scrolling. I am looking for a Banner Rotator that provides visitors with answers and direction rather then clutter and confusion. All parameter of the Rotator must be controlled or configure through an XML file for quick editing. The rotator must have the ability to pre-load an image while another is being display, this way there are no blank screen or delays. Thanks everyone.
