Bot to increase Youtube views

I need someone to make me a Youtube view increaser bot. It should be able to deliver over a million views within 24 hours. Again it must not depend on proxies or mobile views. I don't know much about the technicalities, but it should increase the views fast and as far as possible should help with ranking. Again I must be able to test the bot before releasing payment.
