Build website for affiliate program/set up bulletproof host

What I am trying to do: 1. Copy/Build web sites to be used as an affiliate program 2. Build the web sites so that the information from the form is captured in my web server database, and then server posted to the affilate program sites. 3. Build the web sites on a bulletproof or bulk email freindly web host. Details: WebSite: the website will be a basic 5 page web site like [login to view URL] when a visitor fills out the forms, i will want the information captured/stored on my server. Then i need the server to be able to "POST" the data to multiple affiliate web sites for submission, at the same time. Affiliate: I need you to be able to use the codes given by the affiliate program to configure the posting and reporting features Web Server: I need the web site to be hosted in a way that it cannot be shut down or blocked by the domain registar or hosting company. I am thinking either going with a bulletproof or buld email freindly hosting company, or using a dynamic dns or dynamic IP service. I am looking for someone that is familiar with these things and knows how to do this, specifically getting my site on a web host that cannot be shut down by spamhaus or anything else.
