CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL Expert Needed

I need someone who knows CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL **very well** to build a small web application. MySQL will not be used. **EDIT : MySQL is required.** **Please ask for more information in the PMB**, as I don't want this project being visible by everyone. Just post the word "more", that's enough. The application is not very complicated. Must be compatible, works properly and displays the same on most main browsers and OS (IE 6 & 7 for Win, IE 6 & 7 for MacOS, Firefox 1 & 2 for Win, Firefox 1 & 2 for MacOS, etc.) PHP 4 & 5 compatible. No PHP 5 proprietary code should be used. Installation platform : NIX (would be good if it works also on Windows, but not required.) I'll provide the graphical user interface (a very simple one). No design is required on your side. Thanks for reading. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program as well as complete source code of all work done (PHP, JS, CSS, SQL, HTML). 2) Must include a basic software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platforms specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
