CSS Overlay Code For Graphic

I need CSS code created for a coupon graphic. The CSS will overlay text on a background coupon image. I need both the css code and the page code that calls the graphic and text created. I would provide you with the coupon as a background image and also a version of the coupon with how I want it to look with the text overlay.
