Coldfusion Based Checkout and Resume Management System

Looking to finish development on a SQL Server, ColdFusion, JavaScript / AJAX based HR system which provides a resume management and application management services for business. Project has been roughly documented in Visio, plus the database is complete in its first revision. Design Framework virtually complete (not all pages designed, but lots of cut and paste of existing CSS work for most of work - basically the theme has been set, you just need to adhere to it) Needs a registration system for companies to sign up to use the backend system. <[login to view URL]> login : test@[login to view URL] password : test Needs a registration system for users to sign up, submit their personal information, and upload their resume. This requires the resume parser which will be relatively complicated, since it has to take resume text and then recognize each field in the resume and insert it and categorize it into the the database. Needs also the back end completed, which will allow the management of resumes submitted into the system. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform • Understanding of MACH-ii and Transfer Frameworks. • SQL and practical relational database performance tuning and design. • Ability to write bug free, clean and modular code Browser Based but must be compatiable in all major browers.
