Community site realised in similar architecture to MVC

We're launching a knew community site, similar a www.yelp.com. The site is desponible at the url [login to view URL] It was developed by the web agency and now we're looking for the programmer who would be able to interpret quickly the source code make the modifications and in the prospective become responsable of the project (and receive other projects to manage). The project was developed using MVC logic, developed in PHP, MySQL, AJAX, with use of mod_rewrite. -------- look AT THE ATTACHMENT: THE DETAILED SPECIFICATION COULD BE FOUND IN THE ATTACHMENT!!! ---------- The site should be developed with use of the developper platofrm ([login to view URL]) made for the tests, and then, the official platform [login to view URL] . Both [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] should be synchronised at the level of Code + DB + URL structure. As the project has long prospective only serious programmers with at least 15 projects and high avarege will be taken in [login to view URL] the case of lack of projects present on rentacoder, the portofolio is requested. We understand that interpreting the code written by someone else could be a hard work, that's why the work will be done properly, offer other bids exclusively to the programmer who win this bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. The deliverables should be pertinent to the specyfication attached in the zipped file 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
