Complete portal design

We have a message board but are putting a nice front end portal on it. We need to integrate various scripts with our template graphics (we have those done already in PSD form, but they need to be turned into html/php) such as: 1. Business Directory 2. Events calendar 3. FAQs 4. Review and Rating system (tied into the business direcotry and events calendar) 5. Trip Planner 6. Classifieds 7. Auction 8. Real estate 9. Blogs and others if you can think of any or integrate any to make our portal the best it could be. open for discussion and look forward to your bid and what you can do. thanks. PM me for more detail.
