Convert FBML App to iFrame App

I have an application on facebook that needs to be converted from FBML to iFrame. The app is template based and should only require a small amount of changes to make it work properly. There are several calls to fbml functions such as <fb:name> which are already being converted to use simple functions instead of the FBML. The scope of this project is to simply ensure that the application works correctly as an iframe app and that features such as publishing are setup to work correctly.
