Convert template from Joomla v1.5 to v2.5

I need someone to convert a Joomla 1.5 template to work with Joomla 2.5. The template is not extremely difficult, but does use mootools so it will require some knowledge of how to upgrade the code from 1.5 to 2.5 beyond a simple installation change.

Unfortunately, the template relies on the old Legacy Flat List menu option, so this will have to be altered for 2.5

This project is for a small church without a huge budget. I know this is a simple code tweak, but I don't possess the programming knowledge to be able to correct it on my own.
