Country Redirecter with stats

We need a redirection script with the following features.

redirect country based

amount of traffic to each setup.

Time limit. ex. 20.000 visits to [url removed, login to view] wihtin 20 days. etc.

24 hour IP unique check

small admin menu to control campains & add/edit and remove customer campains.

customer login to see stats of traffic directed.

The power redirector ( [url removed, login to view] ) is the best one we have found yet, but it is missing som features like stats. But see the script to get a idea of where we want to go.

The traffic that goes through the script must be redirected so customers can see in thir domain stats that the traffic was sendt from our server.
