Create 3 Wordpress Plug-ins based on example existing plug-ins

I need someone to create me 3 Wordpress plug-ins based on some existing example plug-ins.

I will give you details of the existing plugins which you can use for reference purposes, but the new plug-ins must have an original look and feel to them. i.e. We don't want to create a clone and be accused of plagiarism. Any ideas for improvements or changes will be welcomed.

The code needs to be modular in structure so we can easily integrate or separate the code depending on how decide to market the finished code. For example, we may decide to combine 2 of the plug-ins into a single plugin and leave the 3rd plugin as separate.

Note to all coders: I am also posting a separate project for a standalone piece of software for creating a blog utility program. You maybe interested in bidding for that project too.
