Create a nav bar from PSD file with CSS/JS/HTML

I have a Photoshop design for a navbar that I'd like to have working in a CSS/HTML format. Here's the list of requirements: 1) The buttons on navbar must support active and inactive states (for example, if I'm on a "help" page, navbar's Help button must be in active state). I just want a way to indicate that a button is active (by specifying a CSS class or something like that) so I can programatically indicate so through PHP. Navbar also must support mouse hover effect. 2) Navbar must support drop down menu system (done through JS) in a similar fashion that Flickr & Facebook submenus work. Menus that have drop down submenus will have an arrow beside them. Clicking on an arrow will activate the drop down menu. Clicking on the arrow again will close it. Go to [login to view URL] to see it in action. I have minimal JS code from the Facebook so you can see how their stuff works. You are free to reuse this code. For example, if I have a navbar like this: Home | Projects v | Help Projects menu item has an arrow ('v') beside it. Clicking on an arrow will activate a drop down DHTML menu and allow you to see subprojects. Clicking on Projects alone will take you to projects page. Other two menu items, Home and Help, have no drop down. 3) Nvabar should be readable if a user selects "bigger or smaller text" from the browser options. 4) The navbar has to work properly in Firefox 2.x, IE6 and IE7, and also in Safari 3 (for Windows). It has to be valid CSS and valid HTML. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Browsers: IE6, IE7, Firefox 2.x, Safari 3 (will test on Windows).
